Where are you located?

We are located in the Nashville, Tennessee area. Primary location for pick ups will be the Madison area. Exact address will always be given out upon payment or receiving your order.

Do you offer vegan products?

Yes! Almost all of our classic desserts can be made using vegan ingredients like almond milk, vegan cream cheese, vegetable oil, white vinegar, etc. Please note, RosieTreatsBakery is NOT a dairy or nut free bakery, and we bake with a high volume of those ingredients in our kitchen. Although we are incredibly careful when it comes to preventing cross contamination, we strongly caution individuals with such allergies or dietary restrictions when purchasing our desserts. BEFORE placing your order, please note on inquiry form if anyone in your party has a food allergy or restriction.

Allergy & Dietary Warnings?

Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk or to make note in your dessert inquiry not to include certain ingredients in your order.

Do you Deliver?

Yes we can! Delivery is for Nashville and surrounding areas. Contact us to see if we deliver to you if you are outside of Davidson county like Murfreesboro or even Shelby county. We will need the delivery address and desired day/time with every order placed. Delivery does come with a fee that can range over $10+ based on mileage for every big or small order.

For all custom cakes- delivery fees start at $25 and must be requested when initially ordering. Delivery fee does go up if requested the day of your event.

Can I Pick Up?

Picking up your cake/order is a great way to save money. If you choose to pick up your cake, you should ensure that you have a clean, flat surface to set cake on while driving. The floor of any car or truck is the best location place your cake. No one should be holding your cake; your cake should not be in the trunk or in the seat of your vehicle. While driving please refrain from speeding, sudden stops, or sharp turns. Once you leave with the cake, it is no longer the responsibility of RosieTreatsBakery. Once you leave with your order, there are no refunds given and no changes can be made.

Pick up times are as scheduled. Though we understand unexpected traffic and events can occur that may delay in your arrival, we please ask that you notify us as soon as possible so that proper arrangements are made. Failure to arrive on time or communicate will result in you potentially not getting your order on the date or time needed.

Do you Ship?

Yes, we do ship to all 50 states nationwide! All orders must be placed by 12:00p CST on Monday to ship the same week. We ship from our kitchen on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s to ensure freshness. Not all menu items can be shipped but will be marked as such.

Can I get a Sample before placing an Order?

We do not provide free samples. If you’d like to sample a cake flavor before purchasing your custom cake, here are a few different options:

• Taste box- you will have your choice of 3 cake flavors, 3 fillings and/or 3 buttercream flavors. Shipping is available

• You can order a half dozen cupcakes to taste. Pick up only.

• You can order cake jars, choosing up to 4 flavors. Shipping is available.

What is the “Easy Bake Shop” Weekend Menu?

While working as Special Ed co-teacher, Whitley dedicates the weekend to still give customers the chance to satisfy any weekly sweet tooths by placing orders for “Easy Bakes”. Easy Bake Shop weekends are for small orders like cheesecake stuffed cones, classic cakes and cupcakes, and plenty other options! You can stay posted for weekly specials by subscribing to our emails or by following us on Instagram and Facebook for more updates.

The difference between Classic & Custom Cakes?

Classic cakes can be purchased on the website and picked up during designated ‘Easy Bake’ Days. They are perfect for sweet tooths, last minute birthday cakes, parties, or the holidays! We currently offer 3 different cake sizes such as 4”. 6”, and 8”and they will all be 3 layer cakes. Classic cakes come pictured AS IS and they get a complimentary ‘Happy Birthday’ topper if being used for birthdays. If you would like cake to be customized, inside or out, in anyway it will be considered a custom cake and will be priced accordingly to order changes.

Custom cakes are completely customized to your needs! It is best to fill out a inquiry form to get a quote for the cake/dessert(s) you are wanting. We will provide a quote based off the information you provide and go from there. Deposits are required for all orders placed and is the responsibility of the client to make deposits on timely schedule that will be stated on invoice. Deposits reserve your order date, goes toward overall cost of order, and are non-refundable. It must be paid within 48 hours of receiving invoice or it will be cancelled and your date will not be reserved. Priority will go to the paying customer. If you place your order less than a week out, full amount is due upon inquiry to reserve your date.

What if there is issue with my order?

Here at RosieTreatsBakery, we strive to give exceptional service along with a great order. Any refund given for disputes regarding a cake/dessert is completely at the discretion of RosieTreatsBakery and are never automatic. All items picked up or delivered to customer will be shown to customer upon arrival, who then has the opportunity to discuss any comments or concerns with us immediately. Full refunds will never be given for any order and RosieTreatsBakery will retain a minimum of 35% of the price of order to cover costs incurred to initiate your order should any disputes arise. Leaving with your order or consumption of it is viewed as the customer’s satisfaction with order. Once you leave with your order, no refunds are given, and no changes can be made.

What if I need to cancel my order?

In the event that something occurs to affect your scheduled event date or time, please contact us immediately to discuss options and availability.

Policy

All orders placed through our online store are final and no refund will be given. RosieTreatsBakery cannot be held responsible if the customer does not read all given information before placing their order. In the event of a mix up with your order, at the discretion of RosieTreatsBakery, a credit may be given to you. All credits must be redeemed within a year before expiring.
